In these post, I will  give you the procedures and tools for flashing itel A series which includes Itel a11,a12,a14 and a16
You can flash these device using research download tool,cm2 e.t.c


Sometimes during flashing you may experience the phone stuck at prod-nv. Don’t border just untick nv items from file settings and continue flashing

I will provide you with two links to download research download R19 and R4. You should start flashing with R19 and follow the procedures,wherever it got stock, don’t border, then load the file on R4 and complete your flashing process.
